GENERAL MANAGER'S SOLICITATION PERMIT PROGRAM (SOLICITATION)
Effective March 15, 2007 the administration of the Los Angles World Airports (LAWA) General Manager’s Solicitation Program will transfer to LAX Terminal Operations Management Division.
Under the Los Angeles City Ordinance No. 174,957 regulating the “time, place, and manner” in which people can solicit and immediately receive funds at LAX, solicitors must apply for a permit from LAWA to conduct solicitation activities from designated areas located in each of LAWA’s passenger terminals. The 18 available locations will be equitably allocated on a first come first served basis.
Permit applications are accepted beginning the 15TH of the month prior 8:00am-3:00pm

Organizations engaged in the continuous and repetitive solicitation and receipt of funds for charitable or religious purposes at LAX within the public area's of the terminals.
Who doesn't get it?
Organizations not is possession of a City issued ID Card.
